Add Kiyoh MCP to Claude
Connect Claude to your Kiyoh account with a custom connector (remote MCP). Then manage reviews, Google feedback, products and campaigns in the same conversation.
What you need
- An active Kiyoh account (email + password) for the shop location you want to connect
- A Claude account (Free, Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise) on claude.ai
- Access to Customize → Connectors (or Organization settings → Connectors on Team/Enterprise)
This is the Kiyoh MCP URL
Paste this URL in Claude under “Add custom connector”. Claude connects from Anthropic’s cloud — the server must be publicly reachable (Kiyoh’s is).

How to connect Kiyoh in Claude
Five steps. Each one shows the matching screen in Claude.

Open Connectors
Go to claude.ai → Customize → Connectors. Or open claude.ai/settings/connectors directly.
Team/Enterprise: an Owner first adds the connector under Organization settings → Connectors.

Choose “Add custom connector”
Click + or Add custom connector. Choose Web / Custom if Claude asks for a type.
No App Store listing needed — this is your own remote MCP.

Paste the Kiyoh MCP URL
Enter this URL and click Add: https://mcp.kiyoh.com/mcp
Leave OAuth Client ID/Secret empty — Kiyoh handles that via Dynamic Client Registration.

Connect and sign in to Kiyoh
Click Connect. Sign in with your Kiyoh email and password, confirm OTP if asked, and pick the right shop location.
Each location is one connection — choose the shop you want to manage.

Test in a chat
Start a conversation, enable the Kiyoh connector via + → Connectors, and ask a question.
Try: “Show my open reviews.”
